The Community Library was delighted to welcome year 4 pupils as a part of the ‘Every child a library member’ scheme. Each year 4 pupil received a special library card along with bag for library books. There was a question and answer session and the children raised a range of suggestions to improve what is on offer. The Community Library is now run by volunteers and is very keen to develop links across the community. Here’s the children of St Andrews and Dinas Powys Primary Schools along with fellow Library trustee Keith Hatton (and Volunteer Angela Wing in one picture) and myself as they are about to choose their books.
